1. Subscription Plans

Magic Mato offers subscription plans on both monthly and annual billing cycles. All plans are billed automatically based on your selected billing period.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. Annual subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months.

2. Refund Eligibility

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are available for monthly subscriptions. You may cancel anytime, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions:

Partial refunds are available for annual plans cancelled before completion of the 12-month term. Refund amount is calculated as:

Refund = Annual plan fee (₹14,999) – (Monthly plan fee ₹1,899 × number of months used)

Example: Cancelling after 6 months = ₹14,999 – (₹1,899 × 6) = ₹3,605 refund.

Important: If calculated amount exceeds annual fee (e.g., after 9 months: ₹1,899 × 9 = ₹17,091 > ₹14,999), you must pay the difference before cancellation is processed.

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log into your Magic Mato account dashboard
  • Navigate to "Billing & Subscription" settings
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow prompts
  • For annual plans, confirm refund calculation before proceeding

You will receive a confirmation email with cancellation details and refund information (if applicable).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Monthly subscription cancellations
  • Accounts with unpaid invoices or billing disputes
  • Violations of Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • Services used beyond fair usage limits
  • Cancellations after 90% of annual term completion
5. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider and bank policies.

Refunds will credit on your statement within 3-5 business days after processing, though some banks may take up to 10 business days.

6. Account Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Monthly plans: Access continues until end of billing period
  • Annual plans: Access continues until refund is processed
  • Refunded data retained for 30 days post-cancellation
  • After 30 days, account and data are permanently deleted
7. Failed Payments

If payment fails, you will receive 3 retry attempts over 7 days. After failed retries:

  • Account access suspended
  • No refunds issued for prior usage
  • Outstanding balance must be cleared to restore access
8. Changes to Policy

Magic Mato reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email and dashboard notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

This policy is effective from 25 August 2025 and supersedes all prior refund policies.
