By accessing or using the Magic Mato software, application, or services ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Magic Mato is an AI-driven CRM and management platform designed for restaurants and food businesses.

Our software provides tools for billing, POS, inventory management, WhatsApp marketing, analytics, and automation.

Magic Mato reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality without prior notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate business and contact information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Magic Mato reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be providing false information or violating these Terms.

The Service operates on a subscription basis, billed as per the plan selected (monthly or annual).

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable for monthly subscriptions.

Magic Mato reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all data you input or upload into the Magic Mato platform.

By using the Service, you grant Magic Mato permission to process and analyze your data solely for operational and improvement purposes.

Magic Mato implements industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security. For details on how your information is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the software.
• Share access credentials outside your organization.
• Interfere with or disrupt system security or server functionality.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, and characters (including "Mavi" and "Magic Mato") are owned exclusively by Magic Mato. No part of the software, interface, or branding may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Magic Mato aims for 99% uptime; however, the firm does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to updates, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues.

Magic Mato shall not be held liable for: loss of revenue, profit, or data; business interruptions or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service; failures caused by third-party integrations or external systems.

In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the last three (3) months.

You may terminate your subscription or account at any time by contacting info@magicmato.com.

Magic Mato may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, repeated payment failures occur, or the platform is discontinued. Your account data will be retained for 30 days post-termination before permanent deletion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.

Magic Mato reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
